History
The brand was founded in 1946 by Dr. Hotz, a medical laboratory doctor who served elite Parisian clients from his small salon at 163 rue du Faubourg St. Honoré, in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Paris.
Since 1966, the passion of the Mas family, passed down from generation to generation, has allowed the Sothys brand to reach the highest level. Today the company is run by a new generation of the family – brothers Christian and Frederic Mas.
